1. Shipping

For greek adresses shipping is made by GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI, or the HELLENIC POST, at your adress, as soon as possible, as long as we collect your ordered products from the producers of the island. We try to dispatch orders within 3-4 working days of the receipt, but we cannot guarantee this.  Our aim is to send your goods as soon as it is humanly possible, but please allow 7 working days for dispatch of an orded if the delivery adress is within Greece, and 15 working days if the delivery adress is outside Greece.

All baked traditional treats shipped with great care, fresh, in special packaging that ensures safe transportation at constant temperature.

Handmade ceramics, if they are not available at the pottery workshop the day of your order, require a week to be ready for shipping.

Handmade olive oil soap without fragrance is made upon your request and in order to satisfy your desire (no stock) . For this reason it will take about 5 working days to be available to us for shipping.

At Samos Flavours we do our best to find and send you all the goods you ordered. Nevertheless, for reasons that do not depend on us, there may be a delay in the updated of our online shop for the products that are finished and the producers can no longer supply to us. When we collect all the available products, we will contact you to let you know if it is possible to give you alternatives for the product that are not available.

Shipping cost is calculated according to the weight of products and based on the current pricing policy of the shipper.

GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI (greek adresses)

For parcels up to 2 kilos: 5,00 €.
From 3 kilos and over: 1,5 € extra per kilo.
Cash On Delivery: 2.90 €.

HELLENIC POST (greek adresses)

For parcels up to 1 kilo: 3.50 €

Fow extra kilo: 0.65 €

Cash On Delivery: 2.30 €

If you are a resident of Samos island, you may take your order from samosflavours seat in Karlovassi upon request, without shipping cost.

If your order is bulk or heavy, etc. and the shipping cost is very high, e-mail us at This email address is being protected from spambots. In this case, we use transport agency and fee is phone preconcert. To ship your order you should deposit the amount of money in our bank account, as cash on delivery is not accepted.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

samosflavours offers A' priority Mail shipping -by air (unique track-and-trace number is provided). Our system will automatically calculate your total order’s shipping cost during your checkout.

• Prices may change without notice.

• Potential fees upon the arrival of the order (customs office, etc) in countries outside Europe are subject to be paid by the customer.

2. Payment

You can complete your payment using one of the following ways.

-PayPal™

Our e-shop does NOT store data on your credit / debit cards, CCV2, or expiration dates.

-Cash on delivery (COD)

This option is only available to greek adresses only and to orders lower than 100€. The fee for using COD is 2.90€.

-Payment in advance (bank transfer)

You can make your payment with bank transfer. Please note that any fees that are to be paid because of any international transfers are subject to be paid by the customer only. The amount of the money must be exactly the same to your order. Any fees for the transaction must be set to be paid by the customer.

3. Price

The price of each product includes all the taxes charged (VAT and excise duty for alcoholic beverages). Does not include shipping cost.

4. Orders

You may order through the Web Site of Samos Flavours, at www.samosflavours.com, 24 hours a day.

5. Login

If you are a first time customer you will need to make an account with us and fill in some required information in the appropriate form.

6. Order completed

Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email informing you about the items you ordered, prices and the total cost of your order. Once your order is shipping, you will receive an email informing you about.

9. Damaged items

The products we support and promote are carefully selected for their high quality. The producers have the exclusive responsibility of the preparation, packaging and storage of the products. Samos Flavours ships the orders the same day we collect them. We make every effort to send you the products in excellent condition.

Nevertheless, if you receive a damaged product, please inform us about the exact problem within three (3) days of receipt of the goods, using the page 'Contact Us'.

We will contact you as soon as it is humanly possible to return the product to us and ask you if you want your money back or you wish the replacement of the damaged product.

Samos Flavours will not pay return shipping costs, and we are not responsible for returned goods lost in transit.

If you wish a refund, we will make a deposit in your bank account. We will make every effort to credit your account as soon as possible, but because of banking procedures, this is feasible after 4 working days of finalization of the amount to be repaid.

10. Cancel or change an order

This is feasible if your order is pending,
